Jason Collins

Mr. Collins has been an attorney with Westlake Legal Group for five years. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before all courts and administrative agencies of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Collins received his law degree from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2003, where he was a Graduate Research Fellow. Mr. Collins earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 2000 where he was selected as a Notre Dame Scholar. While there, he earned a Varsity Monogram as a Student Manager for the Football and Softball teams. As a part of a time honored tradition, he painted helmets for the football team before every game. Prior to coming to Westlake Legal Group, Mr. Collins practiced law at Stackhouse, Smith and Nexsen in Norfolk, Va. Family is of the greatest importance to Mr. Collins. He and his wife currently reside in Loudoun county with their five children. Also an active member of the community, Mr. Collins serves on the Loudoun County Salvation Army Board of Community Advisors.
